Main Responsibilities
l Cooperate closely with production and engineeringteam to release Weekly and Daily Production Plan. Work out the weekly and daily production plan of each procedure accordingto the MPS, shipment plan and safety inventory strategy.
l Weekly generate SAP WO & MES WO according to thelatest revision provide by Project .
l Plans and preparesschedules for production. Referring to master schedule to meet shipping datesaccording to sales forecasts and customer orders.
l Sense on WIP and FGcontrol, support BU on inventory control.
l Support Project Management team on ECN coordination.
l Support CDS/BU on capacity evaluation andcalculation.
l Update weekly report to productionmanagement.
l Follow shipping status and update weeklyshipment report.
l Monitor production schedule changes andcoordinate plan schedule activities with production as required.
l Update weekend OT plan.
l Co-ordinate with customer for the ResMedforecast and shipment Commitment. Compilemonthly shipment quantity to Kaifa coordinator.
Qualifications and Skills Required
l Minimum SPM with at least 3 years in aplanning/production role within manufacturing industry.
l Diploma / Degree holder
l Familiar with SAP system and experiencedwith SAP usage.
l Good at numbers and calculations.
l Competent IT skills in Microsoft Office,Words and Excel.
l Good communication and interpersonal skillswith high motivation.
l Good team working spirit and experience,proactive attitude to cooperation with colleagues
l Communications skills in English and Malay,Mandarin is plus.

Main Responsibilities
l Define andestablish product configuration and process flow / control and its documentedwork instruction.
l Maintain reliableand safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies,yields, costs and change overs.
l Leas engineeringactivities to establish CAPA and root cause analysis in the event of productquality issue, low yield, product failure, etc.
l To preparemanufacturing cost during RFQ state, process cycle time; qualification andvalidation, prepare process control plan and DFM study.

l Candidate mustprocess at least diploma or above in electronics / mechanical / manufacturingengineering or equivalent.

l Knowledge in SMT,manual insertion, selective solder and mechanical assembly processes isrequired for this position.
l Good SPC andcommunication skill.
l amiliar / hands-onin PFMEA and QC 7 tools.
l Familiar with IATF 16949, IPC-610-G, and the relevantautomotive electronics standard and requests.
