October   Kaifa Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was incorporated.
July     The major structures for our No. 2 Plant under the Dongguan Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. Phase I Project were successfully completed.
February     All land rights for Dongguan Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. were secured.
January      Kaifa Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd was incorporated.

2013

July   Phase I construction of Huizhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. was completed and launched.
February   Shenzhen Kaifa Magnetic Recording Co., Ltd. was relocated to Shiyan with an opening ceremony.


2012

October  Our Huizhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. plant under the Phase I Project was successfully completed.
