Recently, the results of the Suzhou Industrial Park’s 2019 Enterprise Social Responsibility Awards were announced. The award for “Outstanding Case in Socially Responsible Enterprise Construction” was given to the Kaifa Suzhou for their “Constructing a Green, Energy Saving and Sustainable Park” project.

  Starting work in 2013, the Suzhou branch has attached great importance to the promotion of enterprise energy saving and emission reduction projects as part of its ongoing effort to fully implement national energy saving and energy consumption reduction policies. These goals have been successfully through a variety of different projects that include: the installation of solar modules, solar power stations, and improving the heat savings inherent in the air compressor cooling water system for use in the heating of the plant in winter. Over the last three years, they have carried on with the goal of creating green, energy saving and sustainable development with a budget of over three million RMB. To date, the energy saving and emission reduction work that has been carried out by Kaifa Suzhou has provided an exemplary role model for local economic construction.

  In this evaluation, Kaifa Suzhou’s “Constructing a Green, Energy Saving and Sustainable Park” project underwent numerous stages of evaluation, including application, online self-evaluation, initial evaluation and on-site evaluation, and was successfully awarded with the "Excellent Case in CSR Construction" award. This shows the level of the industry’s recognition of Kaifa Suzhou’s performance in the realm of social responsibility.
